Every scan, free or paid: the result is stored on our servers against your account — what was found, when, and which sources answered. Your browser also keeps a copy so the report loads again quickly, but clearing your browser does not remove our copy.
We store on encrypted servers:- Your phone number (AES-256 encrypted)
- Your email address (AES-256 encrypted)
- Your removal request records and history
- Your subscription status and scan history
Your name: saved with your account, along with the billing details you give at checkout. Requests to companies include only your email and phone number. Your name and address are never sent to them.
We do not ask for your street address or date of birth. We previously collected both and then stopped sending them anywhere; the input fields have now been removed entirely, so there is nothing to collect. If either is still held in your browser from an earlier visit, it is cleared the next time you open the site.
We do NOT store: street address, date of birth, Aadhaar, PAN, financial data, chat history, or browsing data.
Payment records are retained for 7 years, as Indian tax law requires.
