What happens next

1. We record your request with the date and time.
2. Someone on our team checks that the phone number and email belong to you. We do this so nobody can delete another person's account.
3. We erase your records from both of our stores, together or not at all.
4. We confirm to you once it is done.

What we have to keep

Two things stay behind, and we would rather tell you now than let you find out later:

• Invoices, for seven years. Indian tax law requires this. They hold the billing details on the invoice, nothing from your scans.
• The email delivery log. A record that a message was sent and delivered, kept so removal requests already sent on your behalf stay accountable.
